As a Provider Partnerships Associate focused on Territory Sales, you will drive growth by building and expanding relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, and clinical partners within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include identifying partnership opportunities, conducting outreach to prospective providers, negotiating partnership terms, and supporting the onboarding of new clinical partners onto the Nourish platform. You'll work cross-functionally with clinical operations, product, and executive leadership to ensure successful partner integration and long-term relationship management.
