This role bridges business development and sales, requiring you to identify, engage, and onboard new provider partners within a defined geographic territory. You'll work directly with health systems, physician groups, and individual providers to demonstrate the value of Nourish's AI-native care model and build long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities include: prospecting and qualifying potential provider partners; conducting discovery calls and presentations to understand partner needs and pain points; negotiating partnership terms and integration requirements; coordinating with internal teams (clinical, operations, product) to ensure smooth onboarding; tracking pipeline metrics and reporting on territory performance; and identifying expansion opportunities within existing partnerships.
The ideal candidate is energized by relationship-building, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven to solve healthcare's most pressing problems. You should have strong communication skills, resilience in face of rejection, and the ability to work cross-functionally. Sales or business development experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B is preferred but not required if you demonstrate strong foundational skills and genuine passion for improving healthcare outcomes.
