As a Provider Partnerships Associate, you will own and grow a provider referral territory by building strong partnerships with healthcare providers and their teams. This is a field-based sales role focused on driving patient referrals to Nourish through relationship-building, strategic territory growth, and consistent in-person engagement.
You will spend approximately 5 days per week in the field within a 1-hour driving radius of your territory, meeting with primary care physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators. Your responsibilities include: owning and growing your provider referral territory; prospecting into new offices and creating referral partnerships from the ground up; growing referral volume within existing accounts through strong relationship management and consistent follow-up; becoming a trusted resource to providers by educating them on Nourish and nutrition care's impact on patient outcomes; driving toward monthly referral goals and performance targets; managing your territory like your own business, balancing new business development with long-term account growth; tracking activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce; and partnering closely with leadership and teammates to share learnings and improve processes.
You will report directly to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and join a fast-growing, high-performance team. This role is ideal for someone earlier in their sales career who is excited to learn how to build and grow a territory in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The company emphasizes a high-talent-density culture that rewards people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without ego.
Compensation includes competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly variable compensation, mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate, $65/month cell phone reimbursement, $125/quarter work-from-home stipend, and company card for provider engagement expenses. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. The role offers a clear path for growth and promotion within the Provider Partnerships organization, mission-driven work that directly improves patient access to care, high-autonomy and high-ownership culture, and supportive leadership.
