Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic, an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, the company has completed millions of appointments, achieved 3x year-over-year growth, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems. In 2026, Nourish raised a $100M Series C (total funding $215M) led by Menlo Ventures with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners. As Provider Partnerships Area Director for Texas, you will lead business development efforts to expand Nourish's network of healthcare providers and partnerships across the state. This is a director-level role responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships with health systems, physician groups, and other healthcare providers. You will own a geographic territory and drive revenue growth through provider acquisition and relationship management. The role requires someone who thrives in ambiguous, complex environments and can navigate the intricate healthcare partnership landscape. You will work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and legal teams to structure deals and ensure successful provider onboarding. The position is remote (US-based) with approximately 1–2 days of travel per month for in-person meetings and relationship building. Nourish values talent density and seeks individuals who actively choose hard problems, run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without ego. The company is solving one of the hardest problems in the world—fixing the broken American healthcare system—and rewards those who are genuinely committed to that mission.
