The Provider Network Recruitment Coordinator will play a key operational role in building and managing Lyra's specialty-based provider networks across the MENA region. This is an autonomous, hands-on position reporting to the MENA operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess administrative tasks and build specialty-based provider networks across MENA
- Schedule provider interviews, manage administrative requirements, and prepare contract templates for diverse professionals (psychologists, mental health professionals, lawyers, financial coaches, dieticians, etc.)
- Coordinate onboarding of new network professionals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with contracted partners, ensuring satisfaction
- Coordinate ongoing training for providers and affiliates
- Liaise with MENA team members to understand operational requirements
- Ensure Lyra MENA protocols, ethical standards, and professional standards are maintained
- Work autonomously to ensure the provider network fully supports operational needs
- Contribute to overall business performance objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional working experience
- Ability to comprehend and oversee contracting across varying regulatory environments and requirements
- Must have experience living and working in the MENA region
- Fluent in English; Arabic speaker preferred
- Full-time, 5 days per week, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
