Salary: USD 87,188 - 114,434 / annual

Oscar Health is seeking a Provider Network Associate to join the Contracting team and support the accessibility, availability, and quality of Oscar's provider network. This role executes network development functions in collaboration with internal partners and external provider partners to meet market growth, network quality, and medical cost targets. You will report to the Manager, Network Recruitment and work within the Network Management pillar of Oscar's Insurance Operations function. The role is field-based remote, requiring frequent travel (up to 75%) to meet with providers across assigned regions including Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Key responsibilities include: leveraging demographic data to target provider recruitment for network adequacy needs by geography, specialty, and member demographics; deploying recruiting activities in expansion regions based on population and healthcare needs; assessing provider capabilities and workflows to ensure compliance with access standards and quality requirements; developing targeted outreach strategies for high-quality providers in desired specialties and locations; conducting daily outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings; documenting activities and managing provider data in CRM systems; pitching the network to prospective providers and guiding them through the enrollment process; participating in process improvement initiatives; and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience - 3+ years of experience in provider healthcare recruiting and contracting - 1+ year of experience in provider relations, provider services, or provider recruiting, with cross-functional work driving growth and expansion in one or more geographical areas Bonus qualifications: - Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in a healthcare environment - Experience in credentialing function and credentialing software
