In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining an accurate and comprehensive database of doctor profiles and healthcare institutes. You will work with large datasets and leverage technical expertise to ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Using SQL to extract, manipulate, audit, and analyze provider data
- Building and maintaining detailed provider profiles by merging data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Managing and updating large datasets using Excel and Google Sheets, creating reports, and conducting data analysis
- Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of provider information, identifying gaps or inconsistencies, and conducting outreach to resolve issues
- Ensuring all data privacy and compliance standards are met
- Leveraging AI-powered tools for research, summarization, and data validation, with the ability to review and quality-check AI-generated outputs
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will work with an intelligent, collaborative team focused on improving healthcare delivery for millions of patients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution (minimum 60% in 10th/12th grade and graduation)
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Proficiency with SQL or relevant data analysis experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when working with complex data
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve data discrepancies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for research and data validation is highly desirable
- Background in US healthcare or other data-driven industries is a plus
