Relativity Space is building the Terran R rocket to deliver payloads to orbit using advanced 3D printing manufacturing. The Engine Manufacturing team is responsible for delivering high-performance engines and innovative manufacturing systems that improve cost, quality, and lead time. As a Propulsion Integration & Test Engineer II, you will own the AeonR integrated assembly from design release through integration to shipment. You'll develop build processes to meet aggressive production targets and reduce build issues, working directly with design engineers to shape hardware iterations and make critical decisions for the Aeon R program. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the end-to-end AeonR integrated assembly process, from design release to integration to shipment - Developing processes and specifications that directly impact the production rate of AeonR engines - Interfacing regularly with design and engineering teams to provide input on new hardware iterations - Actively participating in critical decision-making for the Aeon R program - Supporting the transition from development engines to flight engines at rate for Terran R's launch manifest The role is based in Long Beach, California, with first shift hours (6am–3pm). You'll be part of a team focused on manufacturing excellence and rapid iteration, working in an environment where autonomy, ownership, and impact are valued at every level.
