Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Proposals Senior Analyst to join the Proposal and Capture team, which drives the company's growth engine. This role sits at the intersection of business development, engineering, finance, legal, and program management—supporting the development and delivery of major proposals to win new business with the U.S. Government and allied militaries.
You will be primarily a writer, spending most of your day crafting compelling narratives, technical documentation, white papers, and proposal responses that communicate Anduril's cutting-edge defense capabilities. You will work closely with Managers and Senior Managers across business lines to execute capture strategies, pricing strategies, and customer outreach initiatives. Key responsibilities include coordinating responses to Government requests for proposals, quotes, and product information; supporting process improvements; curating a content library of reusable materials; and liaising with engineering teams to accurately represent the company's technology.
You will also own the operational infrastructure for deals and proposals—managing Salesforce, SharePoint, Slack, and other systems; coordinating kickoffs, color reviews, and approvals; and ensuring data sharing across cross-functional teams. As Anduril scales, you will progressively manage larger and more complex opportunities from inception through contract close.
Required: 2–3 years in Government or defense contracting (not necessarily proposals; finance, engineering, project management, or contracting roles count). Excellent writing and critical analysis skills. Ability to synthesize complex information into coherent narratives. Strong project management and comfort engaging across disciplines (design, engineering, legal, supply chain, finance). U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled data.
Preferred: Experience with U.S. Navy or Coast Guard maritime programs. Familiarity with autonomous and uncrewed systems in the maritime domain. Active Secret clearance or higher. Knowledge of Government solicitation processes.
