As Project System Engineer, you will serve as the technical right hand to project managers across all deployment initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
• Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering teams and field operations
• Ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and specifications
• Serve as the technical guarantor throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design through final delivery
• Be the primary technical contact for clients, providing guidance on adapting solutions to their specific logistics workflows
• Coordinate all teams during both study and installation phases
• Bridge the gap between high-level project vision and detailed technical execution
You will travel up to 50% within France and Europe, working on-site with clients and installation teams. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, team collaboration skills, and the ability to move fluidly between strategic project oversight and deep technical problem-solving.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Master's degree (BAC +5) with preferred specialization in robotics, mechatronics, or supply chain management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project systems or technical engineering role
• Demonstrated ability to shift between holistic project perspective and detailed technical analysis
• Fluent English proficiency
• Valid driver's license (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within France and Europe

• Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
