Adyen is a global fintech platform providing payments, data, and financial products for enterprise clients like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. As a Project Operations Specialist, you will support the delivery of client implementations across Point of Sale (POS), marketplace e-commerce, and card issuing programs. You'll work hands-on with experienced Project Operations Managers to coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure smooth client rollouts of Adyen's solutions. Key responsibilities include managing client implementation projects and ensuring clients are prepared for successful solution deployment. You'll coordinate activities across a portfolio of projects with guidance from senior managers, working closely with clients' project and technical teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners. You'll design project planning, scheduling, documentation, and status tracking mechanisms to keep projects on track, and communicate project updates, risks, and milestones clearly to internal teams and clients. You'll develop working knowledge of Adyen's products and solutions to provide effective client consultation, capture and relay client feedback to improve products and processes, and support project handovers after go-live by documenting processes and preparing support teams for business-as-usual operations. You'll also contribute ideas to improve internal project delivery processes as the business scales. The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of project management or payments experience in client-facing, operational, or technical environments. You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable tracking tasks, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. You're a clear communicator who can provide status updates, document decisions, and raise risks proactively. You're curious, motivated to learn in fast-paced fintech environments, and able to collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones. Travel (domestic and international) is required for client engagements.
