Poppy & Peonies, a sustainable fashion and accessories brand founded in 2015, is seeking a Project Manager, Operations to drive operational execution and cross-functional project delivery. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead initiatives that improve planning, launching, and scaling operations across Canada and the U.S. markets.
Key responsibilities include owning product launch timelines from concept through execution, running cross-functional review meetings, and holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines. You'll coordinate complex projects spanning inventory management, fulfillment, systems implementation, process improvement, and new operational capabilities. The role sits at the intersection of Operations, Product, Finance, Customer Experience, and Marketing—requiring you to bring structure to ambitious initiatives, identify risks proactively, and maintain team alignment.
You will support the company's operational transformation by turning strategic priorities into well-executed outcomes. This includes implementing new systems and processes, coordinating warehouse initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
