As Project Manager II, you will manage the implementation of new banking products for banks and credit unions. You'll work directly with financial institution clients to oversee complex, multi-faceted projects while maintaining a US Eastern Standard Time work schedule (typically 8am–5pm EST). This role requires balancing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders while ensuring seamless delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing new banking products at financial institutions
- Representing Candescent on client calls, emails, and meetings
- Tracking projects with detailed plans and keeping customers aligned
- Coordinating across internal and external teams (product, engineering, QA) to resolve issues and drive installations forward
- Managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with different customers
- Delivering high customer satisfaction as measured by surveys
- Creating and maintaining standard operating procedure documentation
- Ensuring project deadlines are met and project management systems stay current
- Recognizing opportunities for process improvement and organizational change
You will work with financial institutions to understand their needs, communicate effectively across teams, and ensure successful product delivery. While remote work is permitted, you must provide your own internet and maintain a professional environment for video calls with US-based clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of project management experience or equivalent 3-year degree
- 7+ years of general IT experience
- General understanding of software-as-a-service (SaaS) systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Excel, Word, OneNote)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English (both written and oral) required
- Experience managing complex tasks and juggling multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Working knowledge of personal computers and business applications (task management, spreadsheets, word processing)
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team
