Salary: USD 60,000 - 90,000 / annual
Precision AQ is seeking a Project Manager to join their healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising team. You will be at the center of agency operations, connecting people, processes, and priorities to deliver high-quality client programs and projects.
In this role, you will report to senior project management leadership and support the planning, execution, and delivery of client programs from kickoff through final delivery. Your key responsibilities include:
• Developing project plans, timelines, and workflows in collaboration with account teams and stakeholders
• Ensuring alignment on objectives, budgets, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
• Facilitating internal meetings and managing project status communications
• Overseeing workflow processes and coordinating between account, creative, editorial, and production teams
• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and keeping projects on track
• Balancing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Driving accountability and keeping teams aligned around shared goals
You will work in a highly collaborative environment supporting a wide range of healthcare and pharmaceutical initiatives, making a measurable impact on client success.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related regulated industries preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working within cross-functional client service environments
