The company has grown from 15 people in 2025 to 250+ by end of 2026, with 20x revenue growth in 15 months and $222M raised (Series C at $1.2B valuation). As Project Manager for Health Systems, you will own end-to-end project plans for health system implementations, managing complex governance gates including security reviews, change control, environment migrations, and formal testing. You'll coordinate across Agent PMs, Agent Engineers, Field Deployment Engineers, product and engineering teams, and client-side IT, clinical, and operations stakeholders. You'll participate in client governance cadences (weekly project meetings, working sessions, steering committees), run internal syncs, and own weekly executive updates. Your responsibilities include early risk and dependency identification with clear escalation options, driving strategic health systems projects with the strategic projects lead by converting ambiguous goals into scoped plans with owners and dates, and building repeatable templates and processes (project plans, stakeholder maps, status reports) to accelerate each health system launch.
This role requires managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with external customers, ideally with enterprise software implementation experience. You need a track record of delivering projects with many dependencies across teams you don't directly manage, comfort working inside formal governance processes (change advisory boards, security reviews, staged environments), and clear written and verbal communication skills including executive status reporting. Technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams are essential. Strong judgment on escalation timing, trade-offs, and expectation-setting is critical.
Nice-to-have qualifications include health system or hospital implementation experience, familiarity with EHR integrations (especially Epic) or telephony and contact center systems, PMP or similar project management certification, and startup or high-growth company experience.
Assort Health offers competitive compensation including salary and employee stock options, annual professional development budget, office setup stipend, top-tier health coverage (medical, dental, vision), flexible PTO, meals and snacks, fitness stipend, commuter benefits, and 401(k).
