Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building modular data center solutions powered by sustainable and renewable energy. The company owns and operates the full stack from energy generation to cloud services, addressing the critical bottleneck of power availability for AI compute workloads.
You will join as Project Manager for Hot/Cold Aisle Containment (HAC) and Spark Modular Data Center products, taking ownership of Engineered-to-Order (ETO) program execution. HAC is a high-volume, fast-turn, configuration-driven product line where success depends on material cost accuracy, clean scope delineation, and rapid release of production packages to the manufacturing floor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple concurrent HAC programs from award through fabrication, kitting, and shipment, owning schedule, cost, scope, and delivery commitments
- Controlling design variants and ensuring correct released designs, BOMs, and material takeoffs drive each production release
- Owning material-driven cost performance, tracking quoted versus actual costs, driving takeoff accuracy, and escalating variances with root cause analysis
- Coordinating scope delineation with customers and installing contractors to clarify responsibilities and get agreements in writing
- Partnering with Estimating on pricing support, quantity validation, and competitive positioning for HAC pursuits
- Driving production readiness through drawing release, BOM completeness, kitting plans, and shop packet quality
- Managing shipment sequencing to match customer install schedules, including staged and partial releases
- Supporting Spark MDC programs with schedule maintenance, change tracking, and documentation
- Maintaining change logs, risk logs, RFIs, and submittals; producing customer-facing schedule impact reporting
- Contributing to standardization of HAC estimating templates, BOM structures, and production packets to reduce cycle time
- Completing project-level inputs for executive dashboards on schedule position, milestone status, cost/margin position, and open risks
This role sits at the intersection of estimating accuracy and production reality. Your work directly impacts the company's ability to deploy modular data center infrastructure that computes from sustainable energy sources. This is a strong growth opportunity for a project manager ready to take on greater customer ownership within the modular sector.

- Demonstrated ownership of material cost performance, including takeoffs, BOM accuracy, and variance analysis
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, layouts, and structural/sheet metal details; ability to advise on risks from a "I have to build this" perspective
- Proven ability to manage multiple fast-turn programs simultaneously without loss of schedule or cost control
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, or Primavera P6)
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (SAP, Visual, or Acumatica preferred)
