Lilt is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of large-scale localization programs for a multinational gaming publisher. You'll own end-to-end project delivery spanning dozens of game titles, platforms, and languages, including in-game text, marketing content, cinematics, trailers, and print collateral.
Key responsibilities include managing complex, multi-workstream schedules across transcreation, subtitling, voiceover (AI and human), video localization, and desktop publishing workflows. You'll coordinate linguists, DTP specialists, and video professionals to meet release-critical deadlines. The role requires running linguistic and mechanical QC on all projects, maintaining style guides and glossaries, and acting as the primary customer contact for delivery matters.
You'll manage high-volume workstreams using Workfront, JIRA, and Google Workspace, while leveraging Lilt's proprietary AI localization tools and translation memory systems. Responsibilities also include vendor management, onboarding linguists, supporting other project managers, and driving customer satisfaction across concurrent, deadline-driven projects.
Required qualifications include proven project management experience in localization with direct gaming publisher experience. You need hands-on expertise managing transcreation, subtitling, DTP, video rendering/editing, and QC workflows across multiple languages. Strong proficiency with AEM, Workfront, JIRA, and AI localization tools is essential, along with Google Workspace fluency, excellent stakeholder management, budget tracking capability, and strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with additional localization platforms, ISO 17100 or ISO 9001 quality frameworks, and experience with global, multi-time-zone teams. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI-powered localization technology and a remote-first, collaborative team culture spanning EMEA and beyond.
