Snowflake is seeking a Project Manager to manage mid-sized technical implementation projects for enterprise data warehouse clients. This role is foundational to the delivery team, focusing on operational excellence, customer success, and scaling client applications to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients, ensuring their Snowflake implementations scale effectively
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track task effort using Smartsheet or Certinia
- Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with granular effort estimation and resource allocation
- Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up
- Navigate internal resource conflicts to keep projects on track and maintain schedule adherence
- Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve customer satisfaction scores above 4.0
- Provide critical visibility and service reviews throughout the implementation lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of field experience in services delivery or technical implementation roles
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture
- SnowPro Core certification (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
- Fluent in French (regional requirement)
