Zscaler is seeking a Project Manager to join its M&A integration team based in the Escazú office, reporting to the VP of Mergers & Acquisitions. This hybrid role provides critical program, administrative, and integration support to the U.S.-based Business & Corporate Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support M&A integration programs by developing workstream execution plans, tracking milestones, and communicating risks to the Integration Management Office
- Orchestrate complex executive calendars, proactively prioritizing competing demands and resolving cross-time zone conflicts
- Lead end-to-end planning and logistics for high-profile meetings, quarter-end reviews, leadership offsites, and global team travel
- Oversee precise expense reporting, purchase order creation, and operational budget coordination across corporate tools
- Maintain team resources, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and handle sensitive business matters with complete discretion

Requirements:
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
- Foundational experience in project management, including basic planning, tracking, and execution of functional initiatives
- 2+ years of administrative or program support experience, with a track record supporting senior leadership
- Expertise in managing complex scheduling, global travel, and logistics across multiple time zones
- Advanced proficiency in collaboration platforms including Outlook, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and corporate expense tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to build influential relationships with internal and external counterparts to drive operational excellence
