Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 / annual
Voyager Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to support the Advanced Programs team in developing lunar technologies and missions. You will define end-to-end mission concepts for NASA, government, and commercial customers, directly influencing the technologies and architectures that drive Voyager's lunar pursuits.
In this role, you will develop program budgets and schedules for new concepts and designs of lunar landers, rovers, surface power systems, and spacecraft. You'll support proposal content creation for mission opportunities and internal development programs, contribute to programmatic topics such as schedules, resourcing, risks, and budget estimations, and communicate with engineering disciplines, partners, customers, and vendors to resolve technical risks and challenges.
Key responsibilities include building bottoms-up estimates (bill of materials, cash flow models, labor estimates), occasionally participating in customer visits and technical interchange meetings, participating in cross-functional team meetings to ensure project schedules and budgets align with mission and business needs, and running internal early technology development projects and paid architecture studies with oversight of budget, schedule, deliverables, and customer interfacing.

Position is based in Mojave, CA or Long Beach, CA and is onsite.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
- B.S. in Aerospace Engineering or similar related discipline plus 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience (relevant advanced degree may be considered in lieu of equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated experience in project or program management, project finance, and program planning
- Experience developing programmatic content for proposals and external customer presentations
- Experience authoring and decomposing financial and contractual volumes
- Strong understanding of the launch, space, and lunar environments
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
- Understanding of full development lifecycle of large complex aerospace systems
- Experience with large NASA or other USG proposals and contracts
- Knowledge of NASA/industry engineering standards
- Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment, using organizational tools such as Confluence and Jira
- Eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance
