Lago is seeking a Project Manager to support company-wide operations for a US partner, with primary responsibility for managing task management systems, workflow execution, and cross-department accountability using Asana.
In this role, you will own the Asana ecosystem, maintaining and optimizing project structures, workflows, and templates. You'll build and implement Asana rules and automations to improve task routing and accountability, ensure all projects follow standardized best practices, and create reusable templates for recurring initiatives. You'll maintain organized project boards with consistent naming conventions and high task hygiene standards.
You will monitor task progress daily to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables stay on track. This includes auditing projects regularly to identify overdue tasks, missing assignees, incomplete task details, and stalled deliverables. You'll follow up with task owners to ensure accountability and timely completion, escalate blockers and workflow issues appropriately, and keep due dates accurate and well-documented.
Cross-functional coordination is critical: you'll coordinate deliverables across departments to keep projects aligned, clarify responsibilities and streamline task handoffs between teams, track dependencies, and resolve bottlenecks. You'll support operational alignment across marketing, creative, ads, brand management, and leadership teams.
You'll maintain Asana dashboards and reporting views for leadership visibility, provide recurring project status updates including overdue tasks and risks, track workflow trends to identify process improvements, and ensure leadership has clear visibility into project health. You'll also assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), document internal workflows, and support continuous improvement efforts.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly comfortable working inside Asana. Experience with e-commerce, Amazon Seller Central, and marketing operations is a plus but not mandatory.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in project management, operations, or workflow management roles
- Strong experience using Asana in a professional setting (2+ years preferred)
- Experience building templates, dashboards, workflows, and implementing rules/automations in Asana

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong follow-up and accountability skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean systems
Desired (not required):
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and the e-commerce landscape
- Understanding of marketing operations, creative processes, and agency workflows
- Experience working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams
