This Project Manager role is accountable for leading mid-level to moderate complexity professional services engagements, ensuring high customer satisfaction with both solutions and services.
Key responsibilities include defining, monitoring, and adjusting project scope and timelines; scheduling and leading meetings with team members and customers; conducting customer meetings via video and voice calls; acting as an escalation point for project issues; ensuring contract compliance; leading daily customer-facing interactions; collaborating with clients and internal delivery resources; utilizing delivery teams efficiently; developing scalable processes and procedures; tracking team KPIs; making autonomous decisions on behalf of the company; prioritizing customer satisfaction; serving as primary point of contact for 12-16 complex enterprise projects simultaneously; reporting and escalating issues to management; and maintaining accurate project data in Salesforce and project management tools.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience); comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologies; moderate experience managing third-party resellers, service providers, and partners; in-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies; exceptional ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget; advanced risk management and mitigation skills; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; advanced proficiency in project management software and tools; ability to lead small projects, innovate, and provide training to peers; ability to develop and implement project plans aligned with organizational goals; capacity to provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams; and ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
