1Kosmos is a Series B identity security company building passwordless authentication and identity verification solutions for enterprise customers. You will join as Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and delivering end-to-end enterprise implementation projects across the 1Kosmos Identity Verification (IDV), Passwordless Authentication, and Identity Access Management platform.
You will own the complete project lifecycle from contract signature through production rollout and formal handoff to operations. This includes project initiation, requirements gathering, solution design coordination, configuration, integration, user acceptance testing, production deployment, and closure. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and delivery quality, ensuring implementations align with customer business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and RACI matrices across a portfolio of concurrent enterprise implementations; serving as the primary customer point of contact for enterprise clients, leading kickoff meetings, weekly status calls, steering committee reviews, and executive escalations; managing scope changes, dependencies, and critical path while documenting and communicating risks and mitigation strategies; coordinating cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Success teams; facilitating technical workshops and architecture discussions with solutions architects and technical leads; overseeing delivery of identity use cases including passwordless authentication, identity verification, biometric authentication, identity proofing, self-service account recovery, and workforce onboarding; tracking and reporting project status through dashboards and executive summaries; managing project financials including effort tracking, budget vs. actuals, and margin analysis; coordinating handoff to steady-state operations with support readiness and customer acceptance sign-off; supporting customer escalations on delivery blockers and integration issues; preparing executive presentations and steering committee materials; collaborating with Sales on delivery estimates and SOW input; and capturing lessons learned to improve delivery methodology.
The role requires strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, cloud-based identity platforms, cross-functional team leadership, and executive stakeholder management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or closely related field
- Minimum 3+ years of progressively responsible experience managing enterprise software implementations, SaaS delivery, professional services engagements, or technology consulting projects
- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, or identity verification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise implementation projects from contract signature through production deployment and formal closure
- Working knowledge of IAM, Identity Verification, authentication technologies, cloud applications, SaaS platforms, and enterprise software implementations
- Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, risk and issue management, communication, presentation, and customer relationship management
- Experience preparing executive-level status reports and steering committee materials, managing delivery escalations, and driving on-time, on-budget outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise projects simultaneously while leading matrixed, cross-functional teams
