Salary: USD 70,000 - 90,000 / annual
iCapital seeks a Project Manager Associate to support external clients through project implementation and software development lifecycles. You will manage client statements of work, facilitate requirements analysis and design, baseline project plans, track financial status, ensure timeline adherence, manage scope changes, and mitigate risks to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams; managing project deliverables to plan with attention to schedule, budget, and client satisfaction; maintaining project financials at or below approved budgets; delivering timelines on schedule or ahead; managing resources through accurate bookings and work coordination; assessing and communicating scope changes for client approval; tracking productivity, utilization, and margin metrics; maintaining accurate project records in management systems; and meeting established KPIs.
You will work Monday–Thursday in the office with Friday remote flexibility, based in the greater Denver/Colorado Springs area or Salt Lake City office. The role requires 4–6 years of project and program management experience and strong proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Visio). Experience with Kantata or OpenAir, financial services industry background, project management certification (PMP, CSM, CAPM, SAFe), and Six Sigma or Lean process improvement are valued but not required.
