As Project Delivery Specialist based in Helsinki, you will own end-to-end implementation of Tandem's AI solutions for Wellbeing Services Counties and private social and healthcare providers in Finland. Your core responsibilities include leading customer implementation projects from contract signature through full go-live, coordinating technical setup including EHR integrations with the engineering team, and working with Medical Operations to configure documentation templates for each clinical environment.
You will coordinate user training programs to ensure clinicians are confident at go-live, serve as the primary customer contact during the delivery phase to build trust and maintain momentum, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across workstreams. As the team scales, you'll contribute to refining and scaling the delivery playbook.
You bring native-level Finnish fluency and excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). You have a strong track record in project management, ideally delivering technology solutions in social or healthcare settings, with experience in a technology company—particularly SaaS implementation or deployment projects. Familiarity with healthcare IT environments (EHR integrations, clinical workflows, change management) is essential. You operate with a structured yet flexible approach, managing tight project plans while adapting quickly to change. You excel at stakeholder management across all levels from frontline clinicians to C-suite executives. You're genuinely curious about technology and AI, with an entrepreneurial mindset suited to fast-paced, scaling environments. Deep technical expertise is not required.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Helsinki with collaboration across the Stockholm-based team. Local travel to meet customers is expected, as are periodic trips to Stockholm for full-team meetings and offsites.
