Tandem Health is a fast-scaling healthtech company reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. The platform, designed by clinicians for clinicians, features intuitive medical notes and workflows built on deep insight into real-world pain points.
You will join the Implementation team in Spain as a Project Delivery Lead, owning the successful deployment of Tandem in large hospital and care organizations from planning through go-live and adoption. This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy. You will coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT teams, and internal Tandem colleagues to execute complex deployments. You own the outcome while having freedom in how you achieve it.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own large hospital and care organization deployments end-to-end, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment
- Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support commercial efforts in Spain
- Coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT, and internal teams to keep deployments moving
- Prepare and support teams through training and go-live, including regular on-site work across Spain
- Drive adoption after go-live and work with clinical champions to identify and address barriers
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, bringing the right people together when needed
- Work closely with internal specialists (MedOps, TechOps) while driving the project and remaining accountable for overall outcomes
- Improve implementation approach by developing better processes, tools, and ways of working as the company scales
Because Tandem is scaling quickly, you will also help shape how the company implements its platform. The company doesn't have every process figured out yet and seeks someone who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and making things work better.
You are motivated by improving clinical workflows and reducing clinician admin burden. You are structured, proactive, and highly accountable. When given a complex objective, you create the plan, figure out what needs to happen, and make sure it happens. You work well in fast-changing environments and know when a situation calls for judgment rather than a standard approach. You are analytical enough to break down complex problems but practical enough to get into the details. You don't just flag problems—you work out what needs to happen next and drive it forward.
The role involves regular travel across Spain and may include extended on-site periods during go-lives. You will have real ownership and autonomy from day one, direct exposure to shaping how AI is adopted in healthcare, and the opportunity to grow your career while making meaningful impact within a fast-growing European healthtech scale-up.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in a demanding environment such as management consulting, technology, healthcare operations, a start-up or scale-up, or project/programme management
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Strong bias towards action and ownership
- Ability to work independently and structure ambiguous problems
- Professional fluency in Spanish
- Healthcare or hospital experience is a plus, but not required
