As Project Coordinator, you will own the end-to-end process of heat pump installations, from initial estimate through post-installation customer follow-up. You will be the operational backbone ensuring smooth execution across all project phases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute tracking processes for installations, managing prospect pipelines, customer inquiries, quote questions, and scheduling of walkthroughs, installations, and inspections
- Manage the permitting process for each project, ensuring compliance and timely approvals
- Maintain and report on all scheduled installations, coordinating across install teams, permits, and inspections
- Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams to allocate equipment, materials, and personnel efficiently
- Create process documentation and training materials for new team members
- Participate in business system selection and configuration to optimize customer flows and operational efficiency
- Monitor service quality and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
- PMP certification or related project management training preferred
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of developing project plans for construction or related tasks
