Salary: USD 60,000 - 75,000 / annual
iCapital is seeking a Project Coordinator to support internal teams and external clients throughout the project implementation and software development lifecycle. This role manages multiple smaller projects and change requests across all project stages—planning, design, execution, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff projects appropriately to ensure successful delivery
- Maintain accurate project tracking systems and keep clients informed of progress
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverable tracking tools
- Coordinate project meetings and ensure action items are completed on schedule
- Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and resource constraints
- Prepare and distribute project status reports and stakeholder communications
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Support client onboarding, implementation, and change request activities
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives and maintain client satisfaction

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of software development project management experience
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Visio)
- Ability to manage a large number of small projects simultaneously
- Ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Experience with SaaS and software development projects
- Nice to have: Experience with Life Insurance and/or Annuities
