Euclid is a renewable energy software company on a mission to accelerate the world's transition to clean energy. You will serve as the primary owner of customer and internal stakeholder support for all customers, managing issue tracking, execution, and reporting trends to the Customer Experience Team Lead. This role bridges customer success and implementation, directly supporting customer projects and workstreams in collaboration with Customer Experience Project Managers. Key Responsibilities: • Manage platform operations and own all reporting and tracking for customer-related bugs, feature requests, outages, and issue resolution • Respond to customer and internal stakeholder platform issues within defined SLAs and internal process timelines • Support implementation processes by structuring data within the Euclid Platform • Administer Smartsheet and provide support to internal team members and external stakeholders • Support overall services delivery initiatives and program execution • Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and customer-facing documentation The role is fully remote and offers competitive compensation, health and retirement benefits, flexible time off, and regular company off-sites. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a software support or data structuring role • Understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle or demonstrated interest in learning • Experience with Smartsheet, HubSpot, and cloud-based project documentation platforms • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and collaborative, problem-solving mindset Nice to Have: • Bachelor's degree in business management, product management, or related technical field
