Taxfix is a fintech company that has helped millions of people file taxes confidently and claim refunds. Operating across Germany, Spain, and the UK with over 400 professionals, the company has facilitated €3.5+ billion in tax refunds since 2016. As Programme Manager in the Office of the CFO, you'll report directly to the CFO and serve as the connective tissue for the G&A organization. You'll drive strategic initiatives, manage operational rhythms, and lead the adoption of AI-native ways of working within the finance function. Key responsibilities include: leading strategic and urgent projects from inception to completion; serving as a trusted advisor to the CFO on new ideas; owning the OKR process for G&A; preparing and coordinating G&A leadership meetings and offsites; stewarding internal and external communications strategy for the Finance division; ensuring cross-functional process alignment; partnering with the CFO's EA on strategic direction and content; identifying and implementing AI-powered tools and workflows; and embedding AI-native practices into team operations. You'll move beyond recommendations to building solutions—designing processes, standing up AI workflows, and creating frameworks from scratch. You'll stay current on AI developments relevant to G&A and serve as a thought partner to the CFO on where intelligent tooling creates genuine leverage. Ideal candidates bring deep G&A function knowledge and strong general business acumen; proven track record leading complex initiatives; a builder's mindset with bias for action; experience handling sensitive financial material in a public company setting; clear communication skills at all levels; hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows; and a calm, organized, low-ego approach to cross-functional collaboration.
