Voyager Technologies is a defense, national security, and space technology company developing mission-critical solutions for DoD, NASA, and commercial customers. The Program Scheduling Analyst plays a crucial role within the Program Controls function, supporting a diverse portfolio of aerospace programs spanning Firm Fixed Price, Cost-Plus, and commercial contracts. Many programs require ANSI/EIA-748-compliant Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project as the enterprise tool, ensuring alignment with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Control Account structure, and contractual deliverables. The role applies Critical Path Methodology (CPM), performs schedule integrity checks, and maintains logical network relationships across complex program portfolios.
The analyst integrates schedules with cost and risk systems to support full cost-schedule integration and Earned Value Management when required. This includes establishing and maintaining schedule baselines, supporting baseline change management, and facilitating Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs). Performance analysis responsibilities encompass variance analysis, float analysis, critical path identification, KPI tracking, Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs), and trend assessments.
The position requires close collaboration with the Program Controls Analyst to support Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Completion (EAC), and forecasting processes. The analyst tailors scheduling and planning approaches to suit different program types and lifecycle stages, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with full visibility into performance. This role demands strong technical scheduling expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across engineering, business, and operational teams in a fast-paced defense and aerospace environment.
