Justworks is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Program Manager to serve as the cross-functional quarterback for high-priority partnership initiatives. This individual contributor role sits within Revenue Strategy and works closely with Partnerships and Business Development teams to translate complex partnership opportunities into coordinated execution plans and measurable business outcomes.
You will own the end-to-end execution of strategic partnerships, from deal development through launch and stabilization. Key responsibilities include: building and managing comprehensive project plans across multiple workstreams with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and success measures; driving coordinated execution across teams required to bring partnerships to life; anticipating dependencies and risks while removing blockers; connecting decisions across workstreams to ensure alignment; establishing effective operating rhythms with appropriate stakeholders; maintaining clear visibility into initiative health and providing decision-oriented updates to senior leaders; and capturing learnings to develop repeatable approaches.
The role requires strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership. You will take ambiguous, complex opportunities, break them into clear plans, anticipate obstacles, and drive diverse stakeholders toward shared outcomes. You are comfortable operating without formal authority, building credibility quickly, communicating clearly, and knowing when to push for decisions or escalate risks.
