Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking Program Managers to lead cross-functional development projects across multiple divisions and business units. The role focuses on managing complex programs in a fast-paced, evolving threat landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional efforts to build project roadmaps, secure stakeholder alignment, and resolve roadblocks while owning end-to-end program implementation
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement process improvements
- Scoping requirements with partner teams and delivering solutions to address core scale challenges
- Filling critical operational gaps to ensure business continuity
- Driving process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost effectiveness
- Monitoring project budgets, tracking progress, and maintaining focus on high-impact problem-solving
- Providing regular stakeholder communication on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Managing resource allocation of materials, labor, and equipment
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and roadblocks
- Coordinating across commercial, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and leadership teams
Required qualifications include strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, ability to build collaborative relationships, proficiency with qualitative and quantitative data analysis, strong communication and leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams, comfort in fast-paced dynamic environments, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance, willingness to travel and relocate as needed, and eligibility for the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program.
Preferred qualifications include a track record of proactively identifying cross-functional issues and proposing solutions, and familiarity with technical writing processes.
