ARX Robotics is seeking a Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex programs bringing advanced autonomous ground systems into real-world operation. You will coordinate initiatives across engineering, operations, business development, product, and external partners, serving as a trusted point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, managing timelines, scope, and objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and strategic partners
- Support proposal, bid, and contract acquisition activities alongside business development
- Create alignment between execution teams and external stakeholders
- Identify program risks, dependencies, and opportunities while driving proactive solutions
- Establish clear communication structures and reporting across organizational levels
- Strengthen scalable program management practices within a rapidly growing company
- Contribute to successful deployment of innovative defense and autonomous systems technologies
- Operate with flexibility and ownership in a dynamic environment
You bring experience in program or project management, ideally in defense, military, aerospace, robotics, or similarly complex operational environments. You excel at leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing teams without direct authority. Strong organizational skills, proactive ownership, excellent communication, and stakeholder management are essential. You're confident working with both operational and strategic topics, adapt quickly to fast-paced environments, and take a solution-oriented approach. Fluent English and German language skills required.
