Vercel is seeking a Program Manager to join the GTM Acceleration team, responsible for owning program management of high-priority go-to-market initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Field Engineering, and Enablement, requiring someone who can bring structure to complex, cross-functional work and keep teams aligned against fixed deadlines. Key responsibilities include: program-managing Vercel's highest-priority GTM initiatives such as global enablement offsites, Sales Kickoff, and Field Readiness Bootcamps from planning through execution; owning the GTM enablement roadmap and calendar including intake, prioritization, sequencing, and regional coordination; building and running the Engineering-Product-Design (EPD) to GTM release process for major product launches; establishing clear communication standards for product updates across channels; and providing leadership with concise visibility into program status, risks, and dependencies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in program management, strategy consulting, business operations, or comparable cross-functional execution roles in fast-moving technology environments. You should have a track record of driving ambiguous, high-visibility programs with multiple contributors and fixed deadlines, with the ability to create structure where playbooks don't yet exist. Strong operational discipline is essential—building clear plans, identifying critical paths, closing decisions, and reliably executing from planning through follow-up. You must be an exceptional communicator who can influence senior cross-functional partners without formal authority, understand enterprise B2B sales and GTM organizations, and quickly develop fluency in technical products. Experience with automation, AI, and lightweight tooling to streamline coordination is valued. Comfort with high-change environments and the ability to create structure while priorities evolve is critical. Bonus qualifications include experience at B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud platform companies; background in sales enablement, field readiness, or product launch operations; and experience designing intake, communications, or governance systems across Product and GTM functions. The role is hybrid based in the San Francisco office with anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
