ServiceNow's Office of Global Partnerships & Channels (GPC) is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the production engine for how the organization tells its partner story. This is a craft role for someone early in their career who excels at written communication, presentation design, and wants to learn the partner ecosystem from a central vantage point. GPC builds ServiceNow's AI-native partner ecosystem across five Routes to Market: Hyperscaler, ISV/Build, Resell, Service Provider, and Consulting & Implementation. Partners deliver approximately 90% of every ServiceNow deployment and source a growing share of new business, making the GPC narrative one of the company's most consequential stories. The Office of GPC drives the organization's rhythm of business, shapes how GPC's story lands with the CEO, Board, and partner C-suites, and turns partner strategy into finished artifacts. This role is where that work gets built—the pace is fast, audiences are senior, and standards are high. Key Responsibilities: Executive Materials (~30%): Support drafting briefing packs and pre-reads for CEO, SVP, and Board-level partner engagements. Build talking points and internal communications. Turn dense inputs—pipeline data, deal structures, partner scorecards—into short, decision-ready narrative. Presentation & Narrative Craft (~30%): Own deck development from structure through execution, applying ServiceNow brand standards. Maintain the reusable asset library (partner blueprints, scorecards, org charts, enablement guides, operating model decks). Maintain GPC quality and consistency standards. Rhythm of Business (~25%): Help run the operating cadence for the Office of GPC: agendas, prep, follow-ups, and closing actions. Coordinate Tiger Teams and cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Marketing, Partner Operations, Finance, and Legal without formal authority. Support GPC Leadership Team forums, QBRs, offsites, and executive engagements. Reporting & Partner Intelligence (~15%): Produce and increasingly automate recurring outputs: the partner lookbook, partner intelligence pulls, and dashboard maintenance. Build analysis showing leaders where the ecosystem is working and where it is not. Growth Path: Year one focuses on mastering executive materials and rhythm-of-business. Year two opens two paths: a defined rotation with a global Route-to-Market team to build partner-facing fluency, or deeper ownership of GPC's narrative architecture. This is a deliberate on-ramp into partner strategy, go-to-market, or executive operations. Requirements: Experience: 2–3 years in executive communications, business operations, strategy, consulting, corporate communications, or partner/alliance marketing preferred. Recent MBA graduates also considered. Demonstrated experience building executive-grade presentations for senior audiences. Exposure to a global, matrixed organization. Capabilities: AI fluency with an AI-led mindset using AI tooling to raise quality and volume of output. Concise communication adaptable to complex stakeholders. Strong presentation building skills. Flexible workstyle with strong adaptability for changing priorities and deadlines. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Discretion by default—this role sees confidential partner, commercial, and organizational material. Attributes: Collaborative by instinct with ability to build relationships at all levels and read senior audiences. Ownership mindset taking accountability for outcomes. Real appetite to learn the partner ecosystem and how ServiceNow grows through it. Composed under volume—precise and professional regardless of urgency. Craft pride caring about how work looks, reads, and lands. Nice to Have: Exposure to partner, channel, or alliance environments (GSIs, consultancies, service providers, hyperscalers). Comfort reading commercial constructs (pipeline, NNACV, sourced versus sell-through, attribution). Experience building with AI (agents, prompt workflows, automating deliverables). Brand and design sensibility beyond template compliance.
