Salary: USD 120,000 - 130,000 / annual

Knox Systems operates the largest Federal & DoD managed cloud, building and operating secure cloud and AI environments that support the U.S. government's most critical missions in national security, public safety, and essential public services. The company works at federal scale, securing some of the most sensitive government environments in the country. You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer to lead high-priority programs, special projects, product initiatives, and operational improvements across the company. This role is designed for a highly capable operator who can take ambiguous problems, bring structure, and drive execution through completion. Key responsibilities include: • Lead strategic programs and special projects from concept through execution, establishing clear plans, owners, milestones, and success measures. • Partner with the COO to translate business priorities and emerging needs into actionable programs and solutions. • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Customer Experience; drive accountability and proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers. • Support KnoxAI product strategy and execution, including requirements, roadmap priorities, backlog management, pilots, testing, releases, and user feedback. • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into clear requirements and outcomes. • Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, or automate business processes and lead those improvements through implementation. • Develop workflows, standard operating procedures, documentation, and scalable operating processes. • Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into program, product, and operational performance. • Analyze business and operational data and translate findings into recommendations and actions. • Prepare executive briefings, business reviews, recommendations, and decision materials. • Step into emerging priorities where ownership is unclear, establish structure, and transition successful initiatives into sustainable operations. REQUIREMENTS: • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, program management, product operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or a related role. • Demonstrated ability to independently own complex projects and drive them from concept through completion. • Strong program management, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both executives and technical teams. • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs, dashboards, and operational data. • Experience improving processes and creating structure in environments where processes may not yet exist. • Ability to influence and coordinate across teams without formal authority. • Strong judgment, ownership, curiosity, and follow-through. • Ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment. • U.S. citizenship required (dual citizenship not permitted); must provide documentation verifying sole U.S. citizenship status as part of background check. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud technology, AI, or federal technology. • Experience with product management or product operations, including requirements, roadmaps, releases, QA, or customer feedback. • Experience building processes, dashboards, reporting, or internal tools from the ground up. • Experience working directly with senior executives. • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and analytics platforms. • Experience with federal customers or regulated technology environments.
