Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced technology, AI, autonomy, and computer vision. The Program Integration Manager supports critical decisions and execution flow across Anduril's Dive-XL organization, which delivers undersea dominance capabilities to allied navies. The role is structured around three primary areas: (1) 50% integrated master schedule development and cross-pillar integration—building and operating the networked schedule, running update cycles aligned to agile delivery cadence, and ensuring structural soundness and achievability; (2) 30% leadership intent and stakeholder communication—turning tactical tasking into clear products and owners, developing executive briefing packs, and capturing decisions in real time; and (3) 20% wider PMO execution and tracking support. Key responsibilities include building and operating the integrated master schedule for the business line; turning leadership intent into clear products, actions, owners and dates; developing and storyboarding briefing packs for leadership, customer and stakeholder audiences; acting as integration partner on cross-pillar initiatives by structuring problems, mapping dependencies, and preparing decisions; ingesting scenario and change-impact inputs from directors and subject matter experts and maintaining them in tooling; capturing every decision and action taken in cross-pillar forums into the decision record same-day with named owner and firm date; keeping risks documented and flagged early; owning the currency of central Action Centre custom tooling; working laterally with engineering directors, chief engineer, account directors, production, supply chain and division operations; partnering with division operations to improve program management and scheduling digital tools using AI; supporting wider PMO with action tracking and governance; and onboarding new pillars and programs onto the program management standard. This is an integrator role, not an administrator. The successful candidate will be precise, comfortable telling senior leaders when the schedule does not add up, and interested in sitting close to decisions on a program of national significance. The role offers a route into embedded technical program management for those interested. Tasking will evolve as the program does, with priorities reset in response to customer commitments, capability milestones and organizational growth. REQUIREMENTS: - Existing security clearance (NV2 preferred); candidates without clearance must be Australian citizens eligible to obtain one - Comfortable distilling and communicating complex information to senior leadership - Familiar with Scaled Agile (SAFe), including PI planning, ARTs, and epic/feature/story hierarchy, and how these link to milestone-based IMS - Working proficiency in Jira: boards, epics, dependencies, dashboards and reporting - Strong written and visual communication, with examples of executive-level packs - Credible with senior stakeholders and willing to say the plan does not add up - Comfortable using AI tools to draft and build supporting products (packs, briefs, analysis, schedule views) with judgment on accuracy and security PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Has built and run a networked integrated master schedule hands-on, including logic, critical path, baselining and health checks - Defence or national security background, ideally RAN (Maritime Warfare, Engineering or Supply officer) or intelligence community (analyst or planner) - Consulting experience: MBB strategy, Big 4 or defence advisory - SAFe certification (SA, RTE, or SPC) - Exposure to maritime or uncrewed programs, CASG/ASDEFCON scheduling, or AUKUS Pillar II - Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, advanced PowerPoint and Excel, SharePoint, M365, and AI assistants
