Sova Health is a digital gut health company delivering evidence-based nutrition programs alongside SovaX, a personalized probiotic solution. The Program and QA Manager role owns three core metrics end-to-end: program completion rate, clinical efficacy outcomes, and dropout monitoring. This is a data-driven operations role focused on building and maintaining trusted metrics that inform leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Pillar 1 – Program Completion Rate: Own the month-on-month completion percentage by consolidating data from the renewal sheet, program tracker, and other systems of record. Reconcile discrepancies across data sources to establish a single, trusted completion number. Define and maintain consistent definitions for "completed," "in-progress," and "dropped" to ensure month-over-month comparability. Break completion down by cohort/batch to identify patterns.
Pillar 2 – Clinical Efficacy: Track the percentage of program completers who achieved clinically significant outcomes (not self-reported). Work with the clinical team to define "significant outcome" in defensible, consistent terms and apply uniformly across cohorts. Monitor efficacy for SovaX as a core component of clinical impact. Flag underperforming cohorts, segments, or conditions and collaborate with Clinical/Product teams to investigate root causes.
Pillar 3 – Dropout Monitoring: Own dropout-calculation methodology, tracking total enrolled, completed, and dropped monthly. Identify the stage at which clients drop off and likely reasons (clinical, service, engagement). Flag at-risk clients proactively before dropout occurs. Feed dropout patterns back to coaching/operations for corrective action.
Supporting Activities: Maintain data integrity across all sources feeding the three metrics, ensuring auditability and trust. Publish a consolidated monthly report covering completion, efficacy, and dropout with trend commentary. Coordinate with Clinical, Coaching, Product, Operations, and Data teams as needed to investigate findings. Present monthly findings to the CSO and recommend action where metrics are off track.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Completion: Month-on-month increase, reconciled across data sources
- Efficacy: Sustained or improved clinically significant improvement rate
- Dropout: Month-on-month reduction with identified root causes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, Clinical Research, or related healthcare field
