As Program and Enablement Manager for EOR HR Operations, you will own the systems, processes, and knowledge infrastructure supporting Rippling's Employer of Record (EOR) HR and Operations teams across multiple countries. You will design and implement scalable HR operations processes spanning onboarding, offboarding, leave management, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities include managing EOR operational initiatives across multiple countries—including process redesigns and compliance-driven rollouts—while maintaining structured plans, milestones, and risk tracking.
Key responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable HR operations processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage multi-country EOR initiatives, including process redesigns and compliance-driven rollouts with structured governance.
• Lead new country launches for Rippling EOR by assessing readiness, setting up workflows, ensuring local legal compliance, and partnering with local HR Advisors.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, documentation, and training materials for HR Operations and EOR teams.
• Develop enablement programs and training to ensure consistent, accurate support across teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Payroll/Tax Operations to maintain and improve EOR service delivery.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization of workflows and tools.
• Support scaling of EOR operations as the business grows into new markets and expands service offerings.
You will be a strategic operations leader who bridges product, compliance, and customer-facing teams, ensuring that Rippling's EOR service is reliable, compliant, and scalable globally.
