Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 / annual
Forecast is seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead implementation and adoption of their Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, Accelo. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO, requiring in-office presence three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), with flexibility to work from home two days weekly.
You will serve as a primary implementation lead managing multiple client projects concurrently, acting as both a functional expert and trusted advisor. Your responsibilities include conducting customized expert services sessions for clients optimizing their deployments, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to onboarding, and working closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into tailored Accelo configurations.
Key duties encompass developing and executing structured implementation plans with clear timelines and milestones, leading engaging training sessions for client teams, providing consultative support to help clients optimize workflows and maximize platform value, configuring Accelo deployments (including integrations, data migration, and account settings), and acting as a strategic advisor on business process automation. You will also relay customer feedback and trends to Product and Engineering teams and stay current with Accelo's latest features and integrations.
An important aspect of this role is timezone coverage: 2-3 days per week, your hours will shift to support Australian-based clients. You must have full working rights and be able to reside in the Denver area.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Onboarding roles within a SaaS environment
- Experience with SaaS-based solutions; bonus points for PSA, Project Management, Resource Management, Capacity Planning, Workforce Management, Work Management, CRM, ERP, or HR Planning categories
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to learn complex software and translate business needs into tailored solutions
- Comfortable discussing configuration options and trade-offs directly with customers
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization
- Ability to analyze data to drive process improvements and business decisions
