Fireblocks is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join their Tel Aviv team. The role bridges client needs with internal product capabilities, combining customer-facing technical delivery with internal AI infrastructure support.
You will work directly with enterprise clients—including major financial institutions like BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, and ANZ Bank—to understand their digital asset and blockchain requirements, then design and implement custom solutions on the Fireblocks platform. This includes building integrations, scripts, and tools that enhance client operations.
In parallel, you'll support the Professional Services team's internal AI tooling, helping design and maintain AI-powered workflows, agent setups, prompt engineering, and automation tools that improve team efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with clients to gather technical requirements and architect tailored solutions
- Building custom tools, integrations, and scripts using Fireblocks' platform
- Staying current on blockchain, crypto, and AI/LLM developer tooling trends
- Supporting design, configuration, and maintenance of internal AI-powered tools and workflows
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
- Working understanding of frontend and backend technologies
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with AI/LLM developer tools (prompt engineering, LLM APIs like OpenAI/Anthropic, agent frameworks, MCP-style integrations)
- Knowledge of AI application building blocks (vector databases, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows)
Nice-to-have skills include experience with Fireblocks or similar crypto platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, and blockchain/crypto development (smart contracts, web3 libraries, wallet integrations).
