Nexthink is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join its services organization in Tokyo and support the company's growth in Japan. You will be a customer-facing representative responsible for ensuring successful implementation and delivery of Nexthink's digital employee experience management products.
In this role, you will:
- Install, configure, and implement Nexthink solutions in line with agreed solution designs and deliver all relevant technical project deliverables
- Maintain advanced technical competency across all Nexthink products and stay current with best practices
- Understand customer requirements and advise on relevant Nexthink solutions aligned with industry best practices
- Educate and empower customers to fully adopt and leverage the solution
- Establish and maintain trusted technical advisor status with customers
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, support, product management) and Nexthink partners
- Travel to customer sites as required to deliver on-site support and implementation
- Contribute to community forums by posting and publishing technical articles
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills in an unsupervised environment

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a software consulting role
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of IT operations and ITIL
- Exposure to Digital Transformation projects, preferably end-user related
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications (MacOS a plus)
- Desired experience with cloud deployments (architecture, security/SSO, APIs)
- General awareness of current industry standards and regulations (ISO27k, PCI-DSS, GDPR, NIST)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies independently
- Excellent communication, customer-facing, and teamwork skills
- Professional fluency in both Japanese and English to support customer engagements
- Enthusiasm for working in an international, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
