Lucid Software is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor and delivery lead for enterprise accounts using the Visual Collaboration Suite (Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and airfocus). This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, working directly with Fortune 500 companies to maximize their investment in Lucid's platform.
You will partner with enterprise stakeholders to design and execute customized consulting engagements that translate complex organizational challenges into high-value visual solutions. Key responsibilities include guiding clients through digital transformations and AI/process optimization initiatives, facilitating executive-level workshops on change management and organizational agility, and analyzing business environments to uncover customer friction points and prescribe structured solutions.
You will also extract field insights and systemic customer feedback to influence Lucid's product roadmap, scale internal Professional Services methodologies, and advocate for the PS brand by developing case studies and presenting at industry events.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in a highly consultative, customer-facing role (Professional Services, Management Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS Solutions); demonstrated understanding of AI, process management, or enterprise architecture; foundational exposure to enterprise architecture concepts and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP); proven track record managing and presenting to Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders; and experience transforming chaotic, ambiguous enterprise environments into structured project deliverables.
This is a hybrid role based in South Jordan, UT, requiring in-person collaboration two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely otherwise.
