In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for the technical execution and delivery of Cloudflare solutions to enterprise customers, ensuring they maximize value from their investment. You will work with Layer 7 products including DDoS Protection, WAF, API Gateway, Bot Management, Certificates Manager, Rate Limiting, SSL, and Page Shield. Your responsibilities include planning and delivering timely services, gathering business and technical requirements, and building comprehensive solution designs (HLDs, LLDs, data builds, deployment plans, migration plans, and as-builts). Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform is valued. You should demonstrate strong project management skills, ability to work to deadlines, and manage competing demands and uncertainty. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage. The position is based in Austin with hybrid flexibility. Standard working hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with occasional weekend support for customer changes outside business hours. Travel is expected at approximately 30%.
