- Maintain inspection records, verification documentation, and traceability records for audit readiness
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, documentation gaps, workmanship concerns, material issues, or process deviations to Production Quality Technicians, Engineers, or Supervisors
- Use dimensional inspection equipment and standard measurement tools to verify part and assembly conformance
- Work directly with operators and manufacturing personnel to support disciplined and operationally effective production execution
- Learn and apply production quality standards, procedural requirements, traceability expectations, and inspection methodologies within a regulated technical environment
This is a highly hands-on floor role designed for individuals looking to build technical capability and operational experience within advanced nuclear production quality. You will work in an active manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial noise, fabrication-related fumes, and changing operational conditions while following all safety protocols.
You will be successful if you are highly detail-oriented, comfortable learning technical requirements and engineering drawings in a fast-moving environment, maintain professionalism and accountability under pressure, ask questions and continuously develop capability, and communicate clearly with operators, technicians, engineers, and supervisors.

- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work within digital documentation and record management systems
**Preferred:**
- Associate degree, technical certification, trade school training, military technical experience, or coursework in manufacturing, engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Prior experience supporting industrial manufacturing, fabrication, field operations, or quality inspection
- Familiarity with dimensional measurement tools, basic inspection equipment, and technical documentation systems
- Experience working in nuclear, aerospace, semiconductor, defense, or similarly regulated manufacturing environments
