As a Production Operations Manager, you will lead teams of up to 100 agents in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You'll own end-to-end operational excellence, managing both direct and indirect reports while collaborating with product teams globally to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: - Managing and developing teams of direct and indirect reports, guiding them to unlock their full potential - Defining project priorities and timelines to achieve goals quickly - Leading by example, resolving complex customer issues, and maintaining high performance standards - Collaborating across global teams to improve service levels - Making data-driven business decisions by analyzing complex cases and backing reasoning with advanced analysis - Designing and implementing scalable systems, programs, and processes that support exceptional customer service and hyper-growth - Owning business line metrics and improving team performance, decision-making quality, and efficiency - Building relationships with vendors and partners to influence favorable deal-making - Identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies through a logical, analytical approach This role sits at the intersection of people management, process optimization, and strategic business impact. You'll work in a structured, KPI-focused environment where speed, precision, and creativity are essential. Requirements: - At least a 2:1 degree from a top university - Experience in engineering (graduates welcome to apply) - Proven experience working in a structured, KPI-focused environment, such as a startup - Demonstrated experience managing large teams with both direct and indirect reports - Strong leadership skills with a creative, confident, and motivational approach - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple challenges simultaneously - Strong problem-solving approach with a demonstrated record of executing projects that measurably improved metrics - Logical and analytical mindset with experience resolving team productivity or quality issues efficiently - Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and provide practical solutions - Data-driven approach to identifying root causes, measuring performance, and driving process improvements Nice to have: - Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R - Lean Six Sigma certifications
