The Production Operations Manager role is part of Revolut's Operations team, which tackles company-wide challenges through problem-solving at scale, designing systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth.
You will manage teams of up to 100 agents, collaborating closely with product teams to continuously optimize processes. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing direct and indirect reports, taking ownership of team development and guiding them to unlock their full potential
- Exploring and defining project priorities for your team, setting timelines to reach goals quickly
- Leading by example, resolving complex customer issues, and ensuring consistent high-level performance
- Collaborating globally with cross-functional teams to improve service levels
- Making critical business decisions by analyzing complex business cases and backing reasoning with advanced analysis
- Proposing, developing, and implementing systems, programs, and processes to strengthen customer service foundations
- Building and optimizing scalable processes to support hyper-growth
- Owning business line metrics and improving team performance, including decision-making quality and efficiency
- Establishing relationships with vendors and partners to influence favorable deal-making
This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced fintech environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- Experience in engineering (graduates welcome to apply)
- Experience working in a structured, KPI-focused environment, such as a startup
- Experience managing large teams composed of direct and indirect reports
- Leadership skills with a creative, confident, and motivational approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple challenges simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving approach and demonstrated record of executing projects that measurably improved metrics
- Logical, analytical mindset with experience resolving team productivity or quality issues efficiently
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and provide practical solutions
- Data-driven approach to identify root causes, measure performance, and drive process improvements
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R
- Lean Six Sigma certifications
