The Production Operations Manager role is part of Revolut's Operations team, which tackles company-wide challenges at scale through problem-solving, precision, and creativity. This is a people management position where you will lead teams of up to 100 agents while collaborating with product teams across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing direct and indirect reports, taking ownership of team development and unlocking their full potential
- Identifying and prioritizing projects, setting timelines to achieve goals quickly
- Leading by example, resolving complex customer issues, and maintaining high team performance standards
- Collaborating globally to improve service levels and customer experience
- Making data-driven business decisions by analyzing complex cases and backing reasoning with advanced analysis
- Designing and implementing systems, programs, and processes to strengthen customer service foundations
- Building scalable processes to support hypergrowth
- Owning business line metrics and driving improvements in team performance, decision-making quality, and efficiency
- Establishing vendor and partner relationships to influence favorable deal-making
Requirements:
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- Experience in engineering (graduates welcome to apply)
- Experience working in a structured, KPI-focused environment such as a startup
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams with both direct and indirect reports
- Strong leadership skills with a creative, confident, and motivational approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple simultaneous challenges
- Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated track record of executing projects that measurably improved metrics
- Logical and analytical mindset with experience resolving team productivity or quality issues efficiently
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and provide practical solutions
- Data-driven approach to identifying root causes, measuring performance, and driving process improvements
Nice to have:
- Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R
- Lean Six Sigma certifications
