The Production Operations Manager role is a people-leadership position managing teams of up to 100 agents. You will collaborate closely with product teams to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and support the company's lightning-fast growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage direct and indirect reports, taking ownership of team development and unlocking their full potential - Define project priorities and timelines to reach goals quickly - Lead by example, resolve complex customer issues, and ensure consistent high-level team performance - Collaborate across global teams to continuously improve service levels - Make critical business decisions by analyzing complex business cases with advanced analytics - Propose, develop, and implement systems, programs, and processes to strengthen customer service - Build and optimize scalable processes to support hyper-growth - Own business line metrics and drive improvements in performance, decision-making quality, and efficiency - Establish relationships with vendors and partners to influence deal-making Requirements: - At least a 2:1 degree from a top university - Experience in engineering (graduates welcome to apply) - Experience working in a structured, KPI-focused environment, such as a startup - Experience managing large teams composed of direct and indirect reports - Leadership skills with a creative, confident, and motivational approach - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple challenges simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving approach and demonstrated record of executing projects that measurably improved metrics - Logical, analytical mindset with experience resolving team productivity or quality issues efficiently - Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and provide practical solutions - Data-driven approach to identify root causes, measure performance, and drive process improvements Nice to Have: - Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R - Lean Six Sigma certifications
